Cancellation & Return Policy

This Return Policy is regarding returns of orders and products or other relevant items. You may return your order anytime within 7 business days, beginning the day after you have received your purchase order. You must contact us regarding any type of cancellation, exchange, or return. No refunds.

 

To initiate a return please use the MAKE A RETURN tab at the bottom of our website and select the items you are requesting to receive credit for. You do not need to wait for instructions from us to send it back. Complete the return process on our website and then proceed to ship it back to us. Items must be sent back to Starr Beauty within 10 days of the customer having received the package. Eligible items will only be accepted for store credit. Absolutely NO REFUNDS will be given.

 

Returned items must be in its original box, unused, (free of any damage, wear, or use) with all Starr Beauty product tags attached. Please fill out our exchange form, which is included in your package. If your package did not include a return form simply include your name, email, phone number, order number and address inside the package. Defective items must be reported within 24 hours of package arrival, if not reported within that time frame, we will not issue credit. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. All in-store returns will be issued store credit that can only be used in-store.

 

Exchanges:

At Starr Beauty, we’re constantly bringing in new merchandise, but in limited quantities. We do not perform exchanges on any merchandise. In addition, we cannot put any merchandise on hold. If you would like to return an item, please follow normal return procedures to send the merchandise back to our facilities. We will issue you a store credit once we've received your return. That way, you may use the store credit towards the correct item/size or for another item. Store credits do not expire.

 

Processing:

Once an order has been placed it cannot be canceled. When returned packages arrive at our facilities, it usually takes us anywhere from 10-15 business days to process your store credit. We understand it’s very important for our customers to get their returns processed as soon as possible. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued a store credit in the form of a Gift Card via email. Store credit covers the original purchasing price and tax fees. PLEASE KEEP YOUR RETURN PACKAGE TRACKING. We will only issue credit for packages if customer provides tracking information and shows delivered to our address. Many times customers claim they have returned package but have no proof the item was sent back, therefore, for the customer's security and ours, we require proof in the form of a tracking number, showing delivery to our address. No exceptions.

**Please Note: All original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. A restocking fee will be applied on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address. The customer will also cover any redelivery costs.

All items found in the Sale category, accessories, bags, blankets, bedspread, clutches, electronics, jewelry, shoes, swimwear, undergarments or bodysuits are non-returnable.

• In Store Pick Up

We also offer ship to store pick up delivery option for local residents who want to pick up their items in store. Items eligible for in-store pickup on the same day must be purchased before 12:30 pm Central time, facilities to our store location (9130 Reseda Blvd Suite #C, Northridge, CA 91325) and will be available for pick up after 3 PM Pacific MONDAY-FRIDAY. Please note we have separate facilities for our online inventory and items purchased will not be available immediately.

To have your items shipped to the store, you must enter the code PICKUPATSTORE in the discount code bar at checkout. Your shipping fee will be waived, and our staff will know to ship to the store. If you placed your order and forgot to provide us with the code please call us and the shipping free will be refunded and the items will be sent to the store. Orders placed after 12:30 pm Friday and throughout the weekend for pickup will not be available in store until Monday after 6 PM. If you need an item ASAP, please contact us at 818-885-1085 and we may be able to assist you in getting a faster pick up. ***Please bring the card you paid with and a valid government issued ID at the time of pick up. You will be asked to provide us with your ID number and your signature to confirm your items were picked up.

Please note your items will be held in store for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, the customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. Once an order has been shipped to store it can no longer be shipped out customer must pick up in store. By selecting in-store pick-up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Fiesta Boutique.
